Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak times (like holidays or new launches), it may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to U.S. and offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) – Calculated at checkout

• Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days) – Available at checkout

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 (before tax).

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@embersembrace.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
